Returns
We will gladly accept returns for all new, unused merchandise or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt of item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item is being returned due to factory defect. Please call us at (540) 829-0100 before returning your item so we can issue a return authorization. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the initial order.
